Plush toys care know how much - causes and solutions

1.   Why do stuffed animals look too small?
Cause: Some buyers found that the appearance size of the plush toy was significantly smaller than expected when they received it.   This phenomenon is caused by the fact that the internal filling (three-dimensional vacuum PP cotton) can not be immediately bounced back after the stuffed toy is squeezed during transportation.
Solution: Yunlin suggested that the buyer after opening the packaging of the plush toy, shake the plush toy a few times, and then place the plush toy naturally for more than five hours, so that the stuffing (three-dimensional vacuum PP cotton) can naturally bounce back without external pressure, so that the plush toy can be restored to its original form.
2.   Why do plush toys have faults?
Cause: When some buyers receive plush toys, they find that the head of the plush toy is droopy, the size of the face, and the length of the hands and feet.   This phenomenon is caused by the appearance of plush toys under the action of external forces, especially the folding of plush toys in the process of packaging and transportation (force point) caused by extrusion caused by the displacement of the filling to form a fault, which is bound to affect the overall shape of plush toys.
The solution: For stuffed toys below 1 meter, it is recommended to gently squeeze and knead the padding (3D vacuum PP cotton) around or on both sides to the broken layer by hand, and then beat a few times to restore the stuffed toy to the prototype.   For stuffed toys above 1 meter, because the padding (3D vacuum PP cotton) is relatively thick, it is difficult to squeeze and knead by hand.   It is recommended to use a long pick needle or a fine yarn needle to stir up the padding.   Return the displaced filler to its original position, and then slap the toy so that the filler is fluffy and preserved evenly to restore the prototype.
3.   Why do stuffed animals have messy hair?
Cause: the fabric of the plush toy is generally about 10 mm, when it is squeezed by external force, the wool surface is easy to droopy and cause disorderly hair phenomenon, affecting the whole.
Solution: The plush toy fabric sold by Yunlin has been shaped by high temperature (150°-180°), and is stored in the packaging for a few days according to the conventional plush toy, which is placed naturally for more than 5 hours after unpacking, and then shakes a few times and combs will make the wool surface recover naturally.   However, some plush toys are severely squeezed for a long time during the transportation process, and the random hair phenomenon is more serious.   It is recommended that buyers unwrap the plush toys and place them naturally for 5 hours, stably adjust the household iron to the state suitable for cotton, ironing along the direction of the hair, and then gently pat to solve the random hair phenomenon.
4.   Why do stuffed animals lose hair?
Cause: This is the fiber left behind by the floating hair, scissors, and side hair produced in the production process of the plush toy.
Solution: Yunlin has been removed before the plush toy factory, if there is still this situation, it is recommended that the buyer as usual pillow pat a few times to make its broken hair can automatically fall off, not the real hair of the plush toy.
5.   If the stuffed animal is dirty, how to clean it?
Cause: Stains
Solution: A stuffed animal below 1 meter can be washed in its entirety, but the water temperature should be controlled below 30 degrees Celsius.   For large plush toys of more than 1 meter, it is recommended to take the local cleaning method, first use laundry detergent or body wash gently to wash the contaminated parts, and then rinse them fully with water, and then take them outdoors to air.   After the plush toy is dried, the material moves a few times and combs along the direction of the plush toy to make the plush toy bright as new.

Plush toy clever cleaning:
